RESERVATIONS:

Phone reservations can be made anytime. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the unit; $250 for 1 BR, $350 for 2 BR and $450 for 3 BR for summer reservations. A non-refundable deposit of $150 for Spring and Fall.

If you have pre-booked for the following year, your reservation can be held with a credit card until December 15 of the year prior to the year of your reservation, a deposit will be due by that date in order to hold your upcoming reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Reservation will be held with your non-refundable deposit for the confirmed arrival date. You may cancel up to 30 days prior to check-in of that arrival date. If a 30-day notice is not communicated, you are financially responsible for and will be billed for the remainder of the reservation. Your credit card will be charged on the date that was to be your arrival date for the entire stay with a 3.5% processing fee added. No refunds for late check-ins or early departures.

No Pets and use of any Breezy Point outdoor recreation equipment are at the guests’ own risk.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:

Bagged Ice is available for a fee - We are happy to place extra bedding in your room for the pull-out couch, just let us know and we will have them in your cabin - 10 minutes to a large grocery store, Walmart and Woods in Sunrise Beach will deliver. - PLEASE BRING OWN BATH TOWELS
