About the Resort: 

Breezy Point Resort has been owned and managed by Patrick Boss since 1977.  Patrick and his wife Teresa take great pride in maintaining a clean and beautiful place for their customers to visit.  Breezy Point has 9 units, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.  All units have a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and toaster.  Each unit has it's own Weber grill.  There is an enclosed and heated fishing dock as well as a covered dock with 10 boat slips, each with electricity.  Pat is happy to launch your boat and there is plenty of parking for the trailer.   

Each season begins in April with abundant fishing.  With the warm weather brings flowers and the fish are hungry.  Summer warms the water, perfect for swimming and skiing.  Breezy Point is located on the Little Niangia arm of the lake.  Fewer big boats make this a quiet area for your boating and fishing.  Fall is not to be missed.  The weather is usually warm the lake is quiet and the fishing good.  Even through the winter months there is much to enjoy about just being on the lake.

Michael Newhouse developed our first website after convincing Patrick that the internet was here to stay and having a website would be a really good idea.  Thank you.  The Newhouse family has been coming to Breezy Point for longer than Pat has owned it, over 34 years, WOW.
